Enjoy an evening of beautiful wine, fanstastic food and excellent company on Saturday, November 14 at Suite D in Sonoma (located at 21800 Schellville Rd in Sonoma, CA). The event begins at 5:30pm. This year we will be featuring Pinot Noir from the distinct vineyards of Gus's, Gunsalus and Adastra, where we will find out how much soil really matters in Pinot Noir vineyards.
We'll also explore why the grape stems matter - more than half of the Pinot Noirs we are pouring are Méthode Ancienne, where we ferment the Pinot Noir clusters without removing any of the stems first. And then we tread on them just like Lucille Ball!
